Dr Nikolaos Mouratoglou, pedagogical and monitoring coordinator at the eTwinning Central Support Service, opened the first day of the event with a welcome address.

On the first day of the event, Irene Psifidou, a doctoral specialist in comparative education, delivered a speech focusing on the digital well-being of Initial Vocational Education and Training teachers and students. The day concluded with a workshop session aimed at disseminating the methodology and outcomes of the Erasmus+ KA3 project, "NERDVET – Think Smart! Enhancing critical thinking skills and media literacy in VET." The workshop included presentations on the theoretical foundations supporting the NERDVET model and introduced a custom toolkit designed specifically for VET trainers.

On the second day, a panel discussion featured guest speakers Ines Verplancke and Fatima Awil, who shared their insights on enhancing the resilience and well-being of learners and teachers in vocational education and training (VET). They also addressed the mental health challenges faced by IVET students.

Following the keynote speeches and insights from the NERDVET Erasmus+ project, the agenda proceeded to interactive workshop sessions. The speakers explored diverse topics, covering areas such as promoting well-being through critical thinking, cultivating resilience for enhanced well-being, nurturing the well-being of IVET teachers, exploring eTwinning projects, and addressing the well-being of VET students in English classes.
