PSA "Nikola Pushkarov" is an innovative school in the field of secondary education in the municipality of Popovo and the
mos tlargest institution in the field of vocational education in Targovishte district. We educate 420 students, the classes are
20. The education is in professions and specialties: Plant Technician / Plant Protection and Agrochemistry and Perennials;
Technician of agricultural machinery / Mechanization of agriculture; Chef / Production of culinary products and beverages;
Organizer of travel agency activity / Rural tourism; Associate in small and medium business; Agroecologist; Agricultural
Economics. From this school year we have dual form of education for profesion Wood technician. We have contract with
Mebel still LTD for them. Contracts with over 50 small and medum agriculture cooperatives, agriculture producers, hotels,
restourants, accounting firms, auto services etc. According to curriculas of different professions there are extended classes
vocational training, which are also used for subjects of innovative education - Green career and creativity, new technologies,
sustainability, branding of products etc. Our school is a member of two Associations - for tourism and agriculture. We
organize courses for adults - category Tvk and Tvk-Z (for agriculture machinery). We are working on projects, financed by
different programmes - National programmes of Ministry of Education, Erasmus+.....
