Giovanni Bosco - Battisti - Ferraris" represents the joining of two longstanding public school institutions in the area: the"S.Giovanni Bosco" primary school and the "Battisti-Ferraris" Lower Secondary School. This joining has created a public educational institution offering a complete educational path, from preschool to lower secondary school.
The IC "San Giovanni Bosco – Battisti-Ferraris" includes three schooling levels:
Preschool (Scuola dell’Infanzia) : for children aged 3 to 5, focusing on cognitive, emotional, and social development through play and creative activities; Primary School (Scuola primaria) : for students aged 6 to 11, laying the basis of essential skills such as reading, writing, mathematics, and world knowledge; Lower Secondary School (Scuola Secondaria di Primo Grado) : for students aged 11 to 14, preparing them for upper secondary education and the future by developing cross and critical skills.
