I work in two high schools as a psychologist and as a special educator. I am also a specialist in career counseling. I’m impressed of ALF (assessment for learning). I see this kind of teaching as effective. For the few years I’ve been learning in this direction to find the most effective methods of learning and teaching. I appraciate cooperation and exchanging ideas. I ‘d like to encourage my students to develop their communication skills and to make their learning English more interesting. It is important to me to support students' emotional and social development so that they can cope better in adult life
