In response to 21st-century technology challenges, we've crafted this Erasmus+ KA1 course for educators aiming to rebuild student connections and promote mental health awareness. Emphasizing teamwork enhances performance, builds social networks, and fosters diverse perspectives in the classroom. Our experienced Erasmus trainers and psychology specialists will elevate your teaching with collaborative activities, also addressing early school leaving.

We'll prioritize classroom well-being by boosting group cohesion, a key factor in successful teaching. Our focus on diversity and inclusion will help you create a welcoming and comfortable classroom where students are active participants. Building strong bonds and empathy will extend beyond the classroom, reducing early school leaving and ensuring student satisfaction and fulfillment.
Learning objectives
- Get introduced to definition & theories on team dynamics;
- Learn how to relax in the classroom and emphasize feelings of belonging and empathy;
- Acquire knowledge on creating good relationship & teamwork between students;
- Discover teamwork challenges;
- Emphasize leadership roles in the classroom;
- Manage projects & tasks in a team;
- Influence students to work collaboratively, especially within small-group dynamics: the psychology of pairing;
- Use Games & activities to promote teamwork & motivation and reduce early school leaving;
- Activate brain to jumpstart concentration and attentiveness;
- Learn how to utilize Dynamic lesson planning;
- Gain knowledge of the importance of motivation in group dynamics;
- Practice soft skills through drama and storytelling
Methodology & assessment
Continuous assessment - continuous observation of participant’s activity
Evaluation criteria:
Preparation, level of engagement in class, listening, questioning and discussing, problem-solving, group/partner teamwork
Evaluation procedures:
The evaluation will take place in the hosting organization and will be conducted
by teacher trainers at the end of the course.
Recognition conditions:
At least 80% course attendance
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
All materials will be provided on-site and will be accessible after the course. Some courses require a phone or laptop, but you will be informed in advance to ensure you come prepared.
