Innovative teaching methodologies
This course focuses on innovative teaching methodologies, including the flipped classroom, co-operative learning, project-based learning, and inquiry-based learning. Participants will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, working individually and collaboratively to design and adapt lessons that integrate these approaches.
Description
Innovative teaching goes beyond simply introducing new technologies into the classroom. It is a reflective and purposeful process of rethinking teaching practices by integrating new methodologies, digital tools, and learner-centered approaches. The goal is to address real classroom challenges in creative and effective ways, enhance student engagement and achievement, and promote inclusion and equity.
This course aims to raise awareness of key innovative methodologies—such as the flipped classroom, co-operative learning, project-based learning (PBL), and inquiry-based learning—while also exploring how digital tools can support and enrich their implementation. Participants will not only understand the differences between these approaches but also learn how to apply them effectively in their own teaching contexts.
