Description

This course explores strategies for communicating vision and expectations with staff, engaging parents and stakeholders, and managing sensitive or challenging conversations with confidence. Participants will practice methods for structuring communication, using digital platforms effectively, and tailoring messages to diverse audiences.

Through case studies, role-play activities, and reflective practice, school leaders will learn how to enhance transparency, resolve conflicts constructively, and establish a communication culture that fosters collaboration and positive school climate.
