I teach Croatian language and literature at Ekonomska škola Požega (vocational school of economics), situated in rural area of eastern Croatia. My students are aged 15 - 19 and enjoy collaborating with other European students. They learn English, German, Italian and they can also learn Russian language as extracurricular subject. Since 2015, I have been working as Erasmus+ coordinator and as EPAS ambasador from 2019 (European Parliament Ambassador Schools program). In 2018. I got COMET award in Croatia for the best eTwinning project in a cathegory of vocational and art schools (BookPals@schools.eu). Our school was rewarded by the eTwinning school label in 2019, and again in 2021. I enjoy working in projects which deal with boosting of reading habits, creative expression, digital literacy, cultural heritage, and European citizenship.
