This last Transnational Project meeting took place in Romania end of June 2023. Teams met again and evaluated the project and its impact, and made plans for the sustainability of the project. Partners agreed to incorporate henceforth a sustainable collaboration-based module in the curriculum of their schools so that all learners can benefit from it. Visitors also attended some local classes and learned about the Romanian school system. Then, each visitor team gave two lessons (prepared at home) totally made with digital materials to one of the local classes and got their feedback.

A closing ceremony was held by the Romanian team to disseminate the project and its results. Visitors, Romanian teachers, and learners, host school administration, families, local authorities, education headquarters’ representatives, colleagues from local schools, local and regional press, and media were also invited. An Erasmus plus photograph exhibition that portrays all project activities, results, outcomes, benefits, and the impact of the project on the learners, as well as the institutions was organized together by all locals and visitors. A short e-presentation about the partnership and a short film about the Intercultural Citizenship Language Camp in Italy were shown to the audience. Delegations made short speeches. Then, interviews were given to local and regional press and media. Romanian learners performed traditional folk dances, and then learners and adults sang together the Erasmus+ song. Finally, a farewell party was organized. Participants tasted traditional dishes and drinks from the partner countries and danced to European traditional folk music.
