Combining theory, practical tools, and nature-based activities in the beautiful setting of Cyprus, participants will design individualized wellbeing plans and school strategies to boost happiness, reduce stress, and enhance productivity. Ultimately the results will not only create further development opportunities for teachers and other school staff but also they will enrich student outcomes.
