In today’s dynamic and interconnected world, soft skills are the key to personal and professional success. This one-week course is designed to empower individuals with the essential soft skills required to excel in various aspects of life. Participants will explore and practise communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and other vital skills to create a harmonious symphony of success.

Introduction of participants’ different contexts and discussion on areas for improvement

Enhancing verbal and non-verbal communication
Active listening and empathy-building exercises
Practising clear and persuasive communication
Module 3: Teamwork and Collaboration
Strategies for effective teamwork and collaboration
Resolving conflicts and working harmoniously with diverse teams
Case studies of successful team projects

Attendees will receive handouts and self-evaluation forms as well as feedback forms on the course itself. Social networking will be set up to maintain contact after the end of the course and continue any discussions begun during the course, as well as to exchange feedback on how the skills taught in the course are being implemented.
Additional modules are available for subject- and issue- specific topics, and these can be delivered at a later date or via webinar.
