This course is aimed for teachers and school staff who are facing strong challenges because of multicultural students entering or already present in their school system.
Description
In this Training Course we will help you to model empathic, open minded and critically-thinking schools which contribute to shape welcoming school environments, where cultural diversity is promoted and celebrated, and the first step towards bringing social change and inclusive societies.
The objective of this course is to resolve those challenges by increasing the teachers’ awareness of cultural diversity and to provide a multicultural and inclusive education. After this Training Course, teachers will be able to develop practical strategies to offer a high-quality education to all their students.
You will learn: Participants will learn how to educate their pupils in inclusion and integration of immigrants and refugees.

Project Land European Teacher Academy Courses uses:

Evaluation Format:
Ongoing assessment involves consistently observing participants' activities.
Evaluation Criteria:
Assessment will consider preparation, active class participation, attentive listening, effective questioning and discussion, problem-solving skills, and collaboration within groups or with partners.
Evaluation Procedures:
The assessment will occur within the hosting organization and will be carried out by teacher trainers upon the completion of the course.
Certification details
At the end of the course, each participant will be awarded a certificate of attendance together - if requested - with the Europass Mobility Certificate. Our certificates are in line with theErasmus Quality Standards .
We assist you in the preparation of Learning Agreements and other any additional documentation required by your institution or National Agency.
