Take your Erasmus+ project to the next level with the partner-finding tool

Every year the Erasmus+ programme supports thousands of cooperative projects between schools and other organisations across Europe.

Schools and school education organisations – including early childhood education and care (ECEC) and vocational education and training (VET) – can benefit from the Erasmus+ programme in different ways. To find out more about the opportunities the programme offers, see Erasmus+ for schools.

Project partner-finding tool

Our dedicated partner-finding tool can help you find new project partners, hosting schools and organisations for staff and learner mobility, and generally share project ideas.

You can either browse opportunities offered by other schools and organisations, post your own announcement or idea. It is recommended to check existing announcements, before posting your own.

Browsing opportunities

The tool’s landing page shows the latest announcements – because there are often many, it's good to use filters to narrow your search.

You can start by using the quick filters, which offer shortcuts to most popular content:

You can also use the free-text search and/or advanced filters (click on ‘Show filters’ next to the free-text search):

The advanced filters offer many options to refine your search:

  • Posting type helps you define whether you are looking for a project partnership (KA2), mobility activities (KA1) or Jean Monnet project.
  • After this, use ‘Looking for’ to select a subtype of your search (e.g. ‘small-scale partnership’ or ‘mobility activities’).

You can also select target country, topic, teaching subject or language, among other options.

Keep in mind that posts may be in different languages, so be generous in your free-text search.

When you find an announcement that interests you, you can contact the announcer – this will create a private message that will be forwarded to their email. You can also post a comment on the announcement. You will need to have an account and be logged in – if you don't yet have an account, you can create one using the “Create account” option at the top of the page.

Posting your own announcement

If you don’t find an announcement that interests you, you can add your own posting. To do so you must be logged in, and your profile must be connected to a verified organisation.

First select the posting type, which will influence the information that must be filled in. All fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory.

The announcement is a ‘visiting card’ for your school/organisation and project idea, so pay special attention to it:

  • Select a clear title (avoid all caps).
  • Use an image that illustrates your posting well (check copyright).
  • In the free-text fields, explain what you are offering or looking for as clearly as possible – only include information that is relevant for the reader, keeping it factual and concise.
  • Apply relevant metadata, e.g. topics, target countries, teaching subjects, etc.
  • Use language that will engage others or find the audience you are looking for; don't forget to include key terms which are central in your project idea.
  • An expiration date for your announcement will be set automatically.
