We will explore practical strategies for managing multicultural classrooms, promoting respectful dialogue, and embedding diverse perspectives into your curriculum. Learning objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Methodology & assessment
Assessment is based on active and thoughtful participation in all activities and the development of a personal action plan for fostering intercultural competence in the participant's own classroom and school. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
Attendees will receive a digital coursebook with key theories, practical activities, and case studies for fostering intercultural understanding. The course utilizes cross-cultural simulation tools and collaborative online platforms for discussion. Participants will gain access to a post-course online library of curated resources, including films, articles, and lesson plans on global citizenship.
Certification details
Upon successful completion of the course, all participants will receive a formal Certificate of Attendance from Erasmus Mobility Academy. The certificate will officially state: the participant's full name, the full course title, the course dates and location, the main topics covered, and the total number of educational hours (25 hours), corresponding to this application form. The document will be signed by the head trainer and will serve as proof of participation for the Erasmus+ Programme.

Participant Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing.
• More than 30 days before the course: Full refund.
• 15-30 days: 50% refund.

Participant substitution is always welcome.
Force Majeure & Erasmus+ Flexibility: In case of a force majeure situation, we will cooperate fully. We offer to reschedule the participation to a future session free of charge, or provide all documents needed for the participant's NA to reclaim the fee.
