This Erasmus+ KA1 course is tailored to equip school principals, vice principals, and other educational policymakers with the vital skills and knowledge necessary for effective leadership. Through this course, participants will explore critical aspects such as strategic school visits, conflict resolution, advanced communication, problem-solving, stress management, and tailored public relations strategies for schools.
Strategic Leadership Insights Designed to offer practical insights, this course delves into both strategic and operational dimensions of educational leadership. Participants will engage in hands-on learning experiences, case studies, and collaborative discussions to address the multifaceted challenges encountered by school leaders.

Methodology & assessment

Evaluation format:
Continuous assessment - continuous observation of participant’s activity.

Evaluation criteria:
Preparation, level of engagement in class, listening, questioning and discussing, problem-solving, group/partner teamwork.

Evaluation procedures:
The evaluation will take place in the hosting organization and will be conducted
by teacher trainers at the end of the course.

Recognition conditions:
At least 80% course attendance.
