The project is an initiative, that aims to empower young individuals to take on leadership roles in their communities and schools, build confidence, and make a positive impact. The program recognizes youth as power for change and focuses on equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to lead effectively and responsibly. It’s designed to address the 21st century sustainable development goals (SDGs 3,4 and 5), focusing on leadership skills, such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making and gender equality. The project will be implemented by holding Peer-to-Peer Leadership Workshops, Virtual Leadership Games, presentations on Leadership Role Models
