This project is designed to create a more inclusive school climate, increase students' school motivation, and as a result, contribute to the reduction of early school leaving and absenteeism rates which take place both in OECD Learning Frame Work and the EU Commission Strategic plan. A positive school climate is associated with higher commitment to school, reduced extreme and delinquent behaviors, better academic outcomes, and psychological well-being. That’s why the students must be supported to stay in the education process with an inclusive school climate, be prevented from seeking solutions to their problems out of school and also we mustn't let them be disadvantaged in their future. Through our project, we aim to promote an inclusive school climate in our partner schools and inspire other schools in our regions.
