Through this project, we aim for our students to sustain healthy behaviors such as improving diet, increasing activity, managing stress and sleeping well, through cooperation, discovery and play. The students in the project will be health coaches for their friends. Moreover, the students will be lifestyle trainers for their friends. They will learn lifestyle coaching methods to influence their friends.
