This international project will be carried out by two VET schools from France and Croatia and a general education school from Sweden. It combines cultural exchange, language learning, and peace education through the universal theme of food. Students will introduce themselves through interactive riddles about their favorite dishes, exchange traditional dessert recipes, and collaborate on cooking challenges. By preparing each other’s desserts, they will explore different cultures in a hands-on, engaging way. The project also encourages reflection on the meaning of peace at personal, school, and global levels. Students will create symbolic “peace cake” recipes, listing values and actions that contribute to harmony. Discussions, creative activities, and a logo competition will further enhance collaboration. The final outcome—a digital Peace Cookbook—will showcase shared recipes, reflections, and artwork, celebrating cultural diversity and the importance of peace.
