DAY 4:
Module 4: Mentoring Techniques/Models
- Observation skills
- Seven Principles of Effective Coaching and Mentoring
- Technology and Mentorship: Leveraging Digital Platforms for Engagement
- Forming a mentoring relationship
- Structure of a full mentorial (pre- and post-lesson discussion)
DAY 5:
Module 5: Measuring & Evaluating Mentoring/Coaching Program Success
- Different methods/metrics to measure the effectiveness of mentoring/coaching programs
- Final evaluation
