Clothing collection and exchange days
The carbon footprint group studied the issue of fast fashion and its impact on the environement and climate change. They decided to organise two days of clothing exchange and collection in our school to raise students awarness about these issues and that second hand clothes help to lower our carbonfootprint.
The remaining clothes were collected by the NGO ACAL (Association Catalane d'Action et de Liaison, providing boarding houses to accommodate people on low incomes who are isolated or severely excluded, and whose social, psychological or even psychiatric situation makes it impossible for them to move into ordinary housing in the foreseeable future).
Here is the file sent to the school administration to get their approval and the poster created to communicate about it.
