Learning objectives
By completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Become more aware of their impact on the development of students & society.
- Get to know and use a wide range of effective tools & thinking process to facilitate answers to the situations at school and classroom.
- Connect with their own creative resources.
- Learn how to look for solutions and improve their communication skills, analyse the problems from a systemic and systematic point of view and with Gestalt tecqniques.
- Unblock patterns of thinking which we use on a daily basis & develop their pedagogical and communication skills.
- Improve students’ attention and concentration, teach them to manage their emotions, reduce anxiety and fatigue, reinforce their self-esteem and social skills, boost empathy and improve their academic experience.

Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
he course "Inner Wisdom" focuses on cultivating mindfulness, emotional awareness, and personal growth through a combination of introspective, creative, and structured approaches. Materials and resources include yoga mats and blocks for daily yoga sessions, offering participants a physical and meditative connection to the day's themes. Guided meditation exercises employ audio resources and scripts tailored to exploring essence, love, and inner reflection, fostering a deeper understanding of self.
Interactive activities like "Changing Glasses A-B-C," systemic approaches, and psychodrama require visual aids such as charts or props to facilitate participation and exploration. Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) sessions utilize workbooks and prompts for language reframing and empathy-building exercises, while "Sculpture psychodrama scenes" involve creative tools like clay or manipulatives to visually express emotions and solutions.
The course concludes with an action-planning session, supported by journals and templates for participants to define personal and professional growth strategies. The integration of yoga, meditation, and interactive discussions emphasizes balance and connection to the core elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, creating a holistic learning experience.
Certification details
The participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course including their full name, project information, duration of the course (25 hours) and location of the course, according to the Erasmus+ standards.

If the participant cancels the course more than 30 days before the course commences, all fees will be refunded.
If the participant cancels the course between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, they will be refunded in a form of a voucher to be used for the future courses delivered within 12 months.
The course is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the course start date.
