Learning objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Motivate and engage learners effectively in intensive contexts.
- Redefine the role of grammar and implement practical speaking/pronunciation activities.
- Use assessment and feedback to encourage learning and progress.
- Customize materials and integrate digital tools.

Workshops and group discussions to exchange ideas and experiences.

Collaborative activities for curriculum design and material customization.
Digital tool demonstrations for online and blended learning.
Participants’ learning is assessed formatively, with:
Peer and trainer feedback during teaching practice.
Group reflection sessions at the end of each day.
Assessment is designed not to grade participants, but to encourage learning, reflection, and practical application.

Participants will receive:
- Training materials: step-by-step guides, lesson templates, case studies of accelerated programmes, and examples of customized activities.
- Digital resources: access to interactive tools for lesson design and collaboration.
- Online platform (Moodle access) with additional resources and shared documents.
- Practical toolkits: F.A.S.T. method educational material
Certification details
All participants receive a Certificate of Attendance confirming their participation, learning hours, and key outcomes. The certificate is issued by Language and Motivation with trainer’s signature.

Course package content:
The course fee covers:
- Training sessions (5 days, 3–4 hours/day)
- Course materials and digital resources
- Welcome session and certificate of attendance
- One/two cultural activities included in the programme
The course fee does not include:- Accommodation
- Meals
- Local transport or airport transfers
Participants are responsible for arranging these services individually. However, we are happy to support participants with practical information and recommendations regarding accommodation and transport options.

Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before start.
50% fee if cancelled 2–4 weeks before.
No refund <2 weeks, but place can be transferred to a colleague.
