The following day,

it was the time for the groups to acquire knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship.

The visits started by visiting the Adega Vila Real winery,

a large winery that has been operating since 1955 and has received awards.

After a tour at  the winemaking, storage and bottling departments, the students watched the entire wine production chain from the moment the grapes are gathered to the final product. They had the chance to meet  the owner and after a small talk with him, they were able to get bottles of  wine with his signature on.

The next stop was  at the town of Vila Real. The schedule was modified due to the rainfall and it was not possible to stroll around the town.  During the short visit to the town centre with the town hall, church, court,  all the partners tasted local sweets at a pastry shop in the square.

After the picnick at Vila Real, the partners visited at S. Leonardo de Galafura View Point, a wonderful scenery despite the rain and clouds.

Students in mixed groups, had a photo competition entitled "São Leonardo filters free".

Each group participated with five photos. The award ceremony for the winning team took place on Thursday, 19th Oct 2023.
