Final outputs management
The purpose of this activity is to support schools to implement health and food science as well as wellbeing in education for promoting Health and Well-being in their schools and beyond, but also to create individualised and contextualised wellbeing plans. Our final product is a result of a fruitful educational cooperation of partner schools in the project, of exchanges of good practice examples developed and adapted by teachers, guidelines for implementing similar topics.
Each organization involved in the project participates in the following implementation activities:
designing the structure of the guide,
making a research on identifying useful resources in existing health interventions at schools,
editing tutorials for IT tools,
collecting activities to be provided as examples for the celebration of global awareness days,
developing the guide,
publishing the guide.
