This 5-day course (20 total hours) is designed for educators, trainers, and industry professionals interested in integrating AI into teaching. We will explore practical applications of AI, such as adaptive learning platforms, automatic assessment tools, and virtual assistants. We will also discuss the ethical challenges and best practices for responsible AI implementation.

Learning objectives

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

Understand the fundamental concepts of AI and its impact on education.
Critically evaluate AI tools and platforms for education.
Design teaching activities that effectively integrate AI.
Address the ethical considerations related to the use of AI in the classroom.
Collaborate with other educators to develop innovative strategies with AI.

Methodology & assessment

The course combines presentations, discussions, workshops, and case studies. Participants will be actively involved in collaborative activities.
Assessment includes:
Active participation.
A practical AI-integrated teaching activity. Participants will design a lesson using an AI tool.
Presentation of the project, discussing choices and implications.
A reflective text on the course and AI in their context.
