After selecting as many countries as possible from Europe, we will set up a list of school addresses and each teacher will ask his students to write a postcard (one pupil : one country, one card) The language should be simple, starting first with 'hello from + country' in one's native language, then adding some pieces of information about one's city or country, or other things as long as pupils feel happy to communicate! All these postcards will then be put on the classrooms wall, and we then may exchange photos or feelings on the twinspace.
