Description

Duration: 5 days (flexible for Erasmus+ mobility)

Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment is essential for students to thrive. "Stand Up, Speak Out" is a powerful and practical course designed to equip teachers, school staff, and education professionals with the tools and confidence to prevent, identify, and respond to bullying and harmful behaviors in educational settings.

Grounded in research and best practices, the course explores the roots and impact of bullying—from verbal and physical aggression to digital harassment and exclusion. Participants will learn how to build positive classroom climates, promote empathy, set clear behavioral expectations, and intervene effectively when issues arise.

The course also addresses cyberbullying, emotional intelligence, restorative practices, and the role of teachers in modeling respectful communication and conflict resolution. Emphasis is placed on fostering student voice, empowering bystanders, and creating school cultures where everyone feels safe, heard, and valued.

This training is ideal for educators working with children and teens, across all school levels, including those involved in Erasmus+ mobility projects or multicultural classrooms.
