School Open Day-Presenting the concrete results of the project to all the stakeholders of the schools (Preparing Flyers and On-Site Events on eTwinning)
We organized the Erasmus Promotion Day on June 16, 2023 during the Biała Street Festival (our school is located on this street). It's a big celebration in Bochnia, so this date was one of the best to show the local community our activities under the Erasmus+ program.
First, we prepared documentation for the DIGital CULTURal heritagE project! (DIGCULTURE!) in the form of leaflets presenting our activities and describing the Erasmus+ program. Then, an exhibition was created (which we placed on the school fence from Biała Street) presenting our works and photos from the Erasmus exchange. We decorated the fence with balloons in the colors of the EU flag. In the afternoon, when the ceremony began and many people of different ages were walking along the street, we handed out leaflets and offered cupcakes with the flags of the European Union, partner countries and the Erasmus logo. Passers-by talked to us, asked about our works and the photos they saw on the fence. Mrs. Magda Gessler really liked our ties!
It was a really great event that showed the residents of Bochnia our activities and mobility.
