Description
This is a practical course for teachers who would like to use ICT in classroom and apply the acquired skills in creating ICT teaching resources. Participants will gain knowledge in effective use of various ICT tools for creating qiuzzes, picture books, posters etc.

Learning objectives
- Get an overview of the newest trends of using ICT in education
- Learn how to create engaging and multimedia content
- Learn how to create various online qiuzzes using simple, free and intuitive ICT tools
- Get to know various ICT tools for classroom management and real- time supervision
- Learn the basic concepts of “Escape room” method and how to create a lesson using this method
- Learn how to create a website or blog
- Exchange best practices and share knowledge with participants
- Help teachers to design and implement motivating activities for their students using ICT
- Help teachers to develop their communication skills in English

DAY 1 MONDAY
– Course introduction
– Competence evaluation
– Participants introduction
– Introduction to free online tools for creating quizzes (Quizizz, Kahoot; optional: Wordwall, LearningApps.org, Plickers…)
– Practical work – creatin one’s own quizzes
DAY 2 TUESDAY
– Introduction - engage student’s motivation through gamification
– Introduction of online tool (Genially, Quizalize)
– Practical work – workshops
DAY 3 WEDNESDAY
- Introduction of tools for making live quiz and games, videos (Baamboozle, AhaSlides; Clipchamp)
– Practical work
DAY 4 THURSDAY
– Introduction of tools for making books, comics, picture books and posters (Book Creator, Canva; optional: Pixton)
– Practical work – creating one’s own digital books, comics, picture books and posters
DAY 5 FRIDAY
Introduction of ICT tools for classroom management, supervision and for engaging students (Nearpod, Google Classroom, Classcraft, Socrative, ClassDoJo, Vejon, Edmodo)
- Presenting favorite ICT tool from previous days by each teacher and their work in that ICT tool
– Final evaluation
– Issuing certificates and closing ceremony
