We strive to deliver high quality training courses on trending topics in European and global education while considering individual needs of our participants and their schools. Our inspiring trainers are experts in their fields and have international experience in education from almost all EU countries and beyond. Our methodology is based on theoretical input, presentations of examples of good practice as well as demonstrations and experience comparisons and in the most part practical learning by doing approach. A strong focus will be on on-site experiential learning, study visits and simulations. Participants will have the opportunity to get to know the theoretical background as well as go through a series of practical exercises and project tasks which will be tried out and reflected upon and evaluated by participants themselves, the trainer and the group throughout the course. After the course, learning outcomes will be recorded on the Europass Mobility Document.
