Guest participants: 21 students and six teachers, who will work with students and teachers of our school. Participants will be between the ages of 13 and 14 years. The full group of French students; 7 students from Poland; 7 students from Slovenia and 7 students from Italy. They will be inclusive groups which means we will have students from different social backgrounds, achievement levels; not only students studying Art; the most important will be for them to get familiar with creativity processes in various fields in a socio-cultural environment, which will make them more autonomous, responsible and resilient in their studies and life and maybe more ambitious. The idea is to show students how to manage in town and how you can learn all along your life in a town, in museums, in associations; we hope to entice them choose future jobs thanks to the digital tools and our various activities, Art, cultural awareness, media literacy and informational literacy, plus all the other skills and competences they will develop and assess.
This fourth mobility will use " the Deming Wheel" as creativity technique and mainly nature-based activities. The Deming cycle is a continuous quality improvement model which consists of a logical sequence of four key stages: Plan, Do, Study, and Act. The key issue here is quality throughout all stages of a process. The major objective of this cycle is to bring improvement and to always make it a key point to learn, learning by doing. The aim is Continual Service Improvement. This relates to the services provided by the organization and also to the processes used to deliver those services. The idea is that we are looking for "zero" defects in order to be able to assemble the pieces of the show so that it can function fully as a system.
This will be the final achievement of the project. We will require from each team to be able to invent a complex final performance which will adapt all together as a system / an artistic storytelling illustrating most topics, art forms and creative city or nature experiments used in the whole project. We will also require from the students to be very creative as regards the use of technology, digital tools and other experimental tools.


ON THE TWINSPACE before the mobility: PLAN
1. Curation about Sustainable Art (upcycling, renewable energy sculpture, land art....) Sustainability Inspiring Social Consciousness (Furoshiki, Kintsugi, John Sabraw’s Toxic Sludge paintings, use actual pieces of polluted earth as their media, traditional materials to bring awareness to a particular issue, such as Paulo Grangeon’s 1,600 Pandas, which installed papier-mache sculptures in a highly visible public space to confront human impact on endangered species...) Sustainable practices: responsibly-sourced materials, recycling...
2. The students in teams will mind map the problems of the Mediterranean pollution issues to imagine an artistic campaign against pollution combining several art forms using the "Who? What? Where? How? How many / much? Why?" (Cli-Video / movie / poems? installation? according to their choice)


DURING THE MOBILITY: DO + STUDY + ACT
Arrival of the guests, accommodation in families and welcome dinner altogether
Day 1: Welcome breakfast and presentation of the headmaster and deputy; Visit of the school and town, integration of the guest pupils within the classes;
Day 2: Encounter with "U Mare" Corsican National Park agents + workshops + idea of a programme
Day 3 : Visit: Bonifacio and the caves by boat and the Lavezzi Islands + idea of the programme arrangement
Day 4: Meet associations protecting the sea: Corsican Blue Project, CARI... + Workshops & interviews + idea of the programme arrangement
Day 5: Artistic association and workshops to work on final products to implement the final performance.
Day 6: Finish preparing the last performance, entertainment event performance in the vening, certificate ceremony and goodbye dinner.
Departure day.

 

The objectives and results will be: experiment a fourth Creativity process to be share as a methodology: "the Deming Wheel"; we will finish writing our guidelines to educational related work in towns and in the Nature to create artistic content adding sustainable art to campaign and suggest solutions ; our mobility magazine with our final artistic performance inside, students testimonies, interviews, articles to tell about the mobility and explaining our process; we will finish the Art, creativity, city and nature-based learning glossary; a newsletter about creativity, volition, about the importance of sustainable art and constructive journalism to take action for Climate change.
