The main problem, which is observed in the pandemic process, frequently mentioned in the groups and reflected in the surveys; students' non-participation in classes, their reluctance, and the inability of both the school administration and the teachers to find solutions to this problem. According to the OECD's 'Education at a Glance' report, Turkey is considered the third country with the lowest education participation rate; It ranks first with 55% in the 'absenteeism' ranking. We want to change the “perception of failure” in our schools first. We aim to transform this perception together with teachers and students who have experienced the feeling of success, believe in themselves and are open to development. Education coaching; students' potential will enable them to explore and have a sense of self-confidence.
