Mindfulness vještinama i igrama do zdravlja/Mindfulness skills and games for health

Ovim projektom, koji je ujedno Erasmus+ KA 122 projekt, planirano je mindfulness metodama i igrom utjecati na razvoj socio-emocionalnih vještina te poboljšati mentalno zdravlje učenika i učitelja. Mindfulness je metoda koja će učenike potaknuti na razvoj svijesti o samome sebi, usmjeriti pažnju na emocije, stvoriti jasniju sliku onoga što se zaista događa u našem životu te pomoći u lakšem donošenju izbora i odluka koji podržavaju našu sreću, mir i snažan osjećaj smisla i svrhe. Igra, kao temeljno pravo i potreba djeteta, utječe na samoizražavanje učenika i potiče kognitivni, emocionalni i socijalni razvoj. Noviji i drugačiji oblici igre uključit će se u svakodnevni rad škole. This project, which is also an Erasmus+ KA 122 project, is planned to influence the development of socio-emotional skills and improve the mental health of students and teachers through mindfulness methods and games. Mindfulness is a method that will encourage students to develop self-awareness, focus attention on emotions, create a clearer picture of what is really happening in our lives, and help us make choices and decisions that support our happiness, peace and a strong sense of meaning and purpose. Play, as a fundamental right and need of a child, affects the self-expression of students and encourages cognitive, emotional and social development. Newer and different forms of play will be included in the daily work of the school.
