AIMS OF THE PROJECT “DREAM SCHOOL”

As a part of school life, the students as the participants are the core element of schools and everything in education. That’s why, when they have a chance to design their environment in school life, what do they do, want, and hope? They should have agency over the rules, curriculum, environment, social issues, lessons, and like these elements of education. So they are going to design buildings for education. They also are going to create a lesson. Later, they are going to create a schedule in terms of their imagination. Furthermore, here are the other important aims of the project and its process:

To do research

To produce an output collaboratively as a team

To create something as a participant in a system

To use WEB 2 tools effectively by learning them and implementing on for different tasks

To analyze what they experience and improve them in a creative way

To present what they prepare for “Dream School” in a formal way

To be tolerant of different ideas

To be exposed to the different accents of the partners who are from different countries

To improve self-esteem by producing

To improve English by means of CLIL

To contribute to cultural transmission

To learn different systems of high schools such as vocational, experimental, Anatolian, and science school types.
