In this project pupils will learn about each other's cultures and how we can work together to make the world more sustainable. Norway and the Netherlands both being countries confining the sea, we wanted to raise awareness amongst our pupils about pollution of the coastlines and microplastic. Although the Dutch school is rather far from the coast, the pollution is also an issue along the riverside (the school is not too far from the Waal-river) and even in the surroundings of the school. I
