Objective:
Students will explore the causes and environmental impacts of wildfires and suggest ways to prevent them.

Activity Steps:

1. Warm-up Discussion:
   Ask students:
   • "What do you know about wildfires?"
   • "Have you ever heard about a wildfire on the news?"
   • "Why do you think they happen?"

2. Short Video or Slide Presentation:
   Show a short 3–5 minute video or use a simple slide deck explaining:
   • Natural causes of wildfires (lightning, drought)
   • Human causes (campfires, cigarette butts, arson)
   • Immediate impacts (loss of trees, animal habitats destroyed, air pollution)
   • Long-term effects (soil erosion, climate change acceleration)
