Literacy skills are relevant to all areas and subjects in education, including the teaching of mother tongue, foreign
languages, and literature. As educators, our aim is to help students develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. We are dedicated to improving reading and writing skills and focus on involving all teachers in community activities at their schools. The primary target group is the students, who are directly and indirectly engaged in the chapters and literacy lessons.
At the school level, teachers and parents play vital roles in secondary groups. Teachers, as role models, have the power to guide and educate the primary target group. Both parties create teaching materials, with the former doing so in the classroom and the latter at home. Other school staff, younger and older students, and parents are also involved in the following activities:
- Preparation of an Erasmus+ Corner or a permanent exhibition for the project
- Presentation of seminars and presentations on literacy and future opportunities among students by experts
- Organization of group dynamics and activities in English, literature, German, Italian, and Turkish
- Use of innovative and constructive methods such as Blending and Cooperative Learning
