  1. Management
    1. Activities planning and content

. Workshop activities: the Greek group hasn’t had any workshop session since our last students meeting  in March, they have exams. The Polish group plans a game next year, to meet institution and a researcher in Krakow University, they plan their students to communicate about the project and environment protection and fight against climate change in primary schools around. Since March they participated in clean walk around rivers and had a lecture about the issues with water, they met in workshop sessions every 2 weeks and made videos about each topics which are uploaded on their twinspace pages. The French group continued the workshop sessions each week, the students working in groups on their topics, studying the issues and trying to find and study solutions that could be implemented. Ten students and 2 teachers went to Strasbourg to the European parliament to get a prize for the project. For next year, they plan to communicate about the project during the sciences feast at Perpignan University and during the open school day. They plan a day along the sea side to learn about maritime environment and its biodiversity, experiment diving and kayaking.

. Teachers meetings: our next teachers meeting is planned on the 14th &15th September in Patras, our Greek partners will send us an invitation and the agenda as soon as they can.

. Students meetings: the second students meeting is planned from the 10th October to the 17th October in Patras. The third students meeting will take place in Nowy Targ, Poland, between the 26th February 2024 and the 10th March 2024, we still have to decide on the exact dates regarding the flight prices.

    1. Budget

The French school no longer has an accountant so they have trouble following the budget. Fortunately we have a shared spreadsheet which each partner has filled to follow the budget of the project. The Polish partners have transferred the money for the first students meeting costs. The Greek partners prefer the coordinator to deduce the costs from the second money transfer. The second money transfer will be done around September 2023.

 

  1. Communication

. Marie shows the organisation of the twinspace pages. There are pages about the first phase workshop sessions which should be filled with a report of the session, a picture and the documents used during the sessions (to download). Then another part was created for each school group working on a topic to write their research and ideas, project and to share with the other groups. They can illustrate their page, link documents or websites.

. There are special pages for “Events” and “Implemented actions” on the twinspace where we should write all that has been done for the project in the schools or outside of the school. There are special pages for everything done during or linked with “Students meetings” and “Teachers meetings”.

. There are pages for any communication about the project: medias for newspaper articles, videos, … and communication events for organisation or participation in an event that allows to communicate and share. That’s where we’ll put all that happens about communication about the project.

 

  1. Assessment
    1. Activities assessment:

. For the workshop activities, we will keep track of sessions numbers, students and teachers attendance and content: numbers of visits, numbers of contacts with researchers, professionals, NGO, institutions, numbers of actions implemented.

. Students meeting will be assessed with the agendas, written reports and satisfaction polls

. Teachers meeting will be assessed with the agendas, reports and satisfaction polls

. budget will be assessed using the shared spreadsheet.

 

    1. Students scientific and communication skills will be assessed using the oral presentations assessment sheet during each students’ meeting. Results will be published on the twinspace.
    2. Student’s skills in English were assessed at the beginning of the project and will be compared with an assessment at the end of the project. Results will be published on a special page on the twinspace.
    3. Students’ skills in IT have been assessed during the first students meeting, results will be published on the twinspace.
