Climate Change Challenge SDG 13

‘Climate change is affecting every country on every continent. It is disrupting national economies and affecting lives. Weather patterns are changing, sea levels are rising, and weather events are becoming more extreme’ https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/climate-change/ This eTwinning project was created in liaison with the British Council, eTwinning & the Erasmus + programme of the EU. It challenges schools across the world to complete 20 inspiring climate change tasks at whatever level is suitable for their students. The project will encourage schools to work collaboratively with one or more partners on aspects they chose of the challenge. By schools working together it will create ideas for helping to solve this urgent world problem. On completion, there will be a special downloadable certificate for all schools. The project runs from October 2020 to July 2021 and work in the case of schools being closed due to Covid-19 work can easily be carried out at home by pupils.
