In our schools, the number of pupils from other Countries (international migrants), domestic migrants, and "special" pupils, is constantly increasing. Each of them is, individually, a "wealth" to be known, valued, and protected. The international conventions and the constitutions of European Countries state the right to education (Universal Declaration of Human Rights, art.26, UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, art.28 and 29, Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union art. 14, Italian Constitution art. 34) right (to education), which becomes a priority in the 2030 Agenda. In fact, Objective 4 says that we must: "Ensure inclusive and fair quality education and promote opportunities for lifelong learning for all". This project aims to realize an inclusive path of education for everybody and each one. Our aim is: to create in the daily reality true inclusive communities in which children ( every child ), teachers, parents, and stakeholders will be involved in a continued improvement process ( mutual knowledge of diversity: social, religious, political, cultural, historical, and linguistic ...) individual and collective, enrichment. We are sure that everyone has inside them elements and potentialities, strengths that wait only to be discovered. The task for the teachers is maieutic, which is the ex-ducere art, as bringing out the individual characteristics. We will work in order that everyone is put in a position to do their own part for giving their contributing to personal and social development.
