Game On is a Ka229 Erasmus+ funded health project which aims to create healthy habits and promote wellness . In order to obtain healthy skills, we concentrate on four themes; -Mental Health ( dealing with stress, finding out happiness, music and dance for relaxing, combating bullying) -Physical Activity (games and sports, importance of physical activity, morning exercises, outdoor activities) -Nutrition Health (Healthy Diets,weight management, obesity, vitamins, nutrition labels, accessing healthy foods at schools) -Health Care ( puberty, screen addict, body health, herbal medicine, first aid training, ) We will obtain our objectives by creating and playing games (street and digital) Participants will learn to tackle stress, use music and meditation skills for mental relaxation, how to combat bullying, importance of being physically active, adopt morning exercises, healthy diets, weight management, tackle obesity and puberty, learn body health, hygiene and first aid.
