Our project “Creativity takes Courage”: Discovering Europe through the Arts, aims to improve the cultural knowledge and appreciation of participating students of the four partner schools countries, Ireland, Germany, Sweden and the Czech Republic. Participating students will be involved in Cultural Exhibitions in each of the partner schools to showcase their engagement in each of the partner schools cultural heritage. The project will allow all students, regardless of background and economic position, to become involved in the project and benefit from the outcomes and experiences. Eight students from each partner school will travel to each country to engage with a larger group of students in creating the artistic programme. It is the aim of the project that all students involved will experience the broader European community, engage with a culture which is not their own, improve their skills in art and technology and develop their confidence and independence.
