The Learning Portfolio is a contemporary approach based on quality criteria and documents the contribution of students to competency-oriented learning activities. In this context, there is also the care of the Directorate to unify the understanding of how this process and product will be managed by teachers and pupils. The project consists of encouraging the school directorship (with a period of three months) to develop a range of learning portfolios in every subject and every teacher. At the end of each period, each of the schools will develop the portfolio fair in a visible environment, bringing out the best products. At the end of the school year, schools select the top 5 portfolios and stimulate pupils and teachers with valuation certificates. In this way, the talents and achievements of pupils and teachers for the work done are motivated, evaluated and promoted.
