The background of this project is the need for developing a school for the future, to open up our local school in an effective manner to European society and international context. We need to improve our skills as teachers in enabling the pupils to excel as citizens of Europe in the 21st century. Among objectives in the project is to make all the participants aware of their shared society: Europe. We want to increase awareness and knowledge about the history, culture, geography, religion, society and school system in all partner countries to be able to analyze and appreciate the things in common, but also the richness found in the differences.
