Adherence to Mediterranean Diet

The topic of this project has a triple implication, namely a)a set of skills, abilities, knowledge, and practices concerning food production, processing and consumption, b)the role of food as a foundation of the cultural identity and continuity of communities through values of hospitality, neighbourliness, intercultural dialogue and creativity and c)the role of a better adherence toward the Mediterranean diet pattern on environmental sustainability.
