Global warming is a great threat to our planet and its habitants and it is already having significant and harmful effects on our communities ,our health and our climate.As a result of global warming , sea levels are rising ,the number of large wildfires is growing,dangerous heatwaves are becoming more common,extreme storm events are increasing in many areas and droughts are occuring in many places. Global warming means the gradual heating of Earth’s surface ,oceans and atmoshepre generally due to the greenhouse effect caused by increased level of corbon dioxide and methan .The fossil fuels burnt for power generation, manufacture of goods, transportation , food production , overconsumption and deforestration pumps carbon dioxide. In addition, landfills for garbage are a major source of methane emissions. In a 2018 UN report, thousands of scientists and government reviewers agreed that limiting global temperature rise to no more than 1.5°C would help us avoid the worst climate impacts
