Join the final conference of the Erasmus+ KA3 project COSI.ed - “Co-created education through social inclusion” where 11 partners from 5 countries (Spain, Norway, Portugal, Poland, and Denmark) have tried out and developed a model of education for promoting the social inclusion of children and youth in danger of being socially excluded.

Description
The conference will present a policy brief with recommendations, as well as give participants the chance to learn more about the COSI.ed project's model and its use. Participants will be able to meet the researchers and practitioners behind the project and hear about their experiences. There will also be the opportunity to discuss with the project participants.
