What is mentoring?Mentoring is a methodology to develop the potential of individuals and organizations, based on knowledge transfer, conversations and learning through experience.It is a resource of change and improvement for all those involved. It is one of the most powerful practices to promote organizational learning and talent development.A new way of understanding learning and training.
