Erasmus Digital & Technical Entrepreneurship: Daily Breakdown

  • Day 1: Digital Entrepreneurship 101: Exploring the digital economy, key models, successful ventures, identifying innovation opportunities, and group discussions on challenges.
  • Day 2: Tech Skills for Entrepreneurs: Introduction to essential technical skills (coding basics, app dev, website design), hands-on prototyping workshop, exploring AI/blockchain basics and data analytics for business insights, group brainstorming on tech solutions.
  • Day 3: Digital Marketing & Social Media: Deep dive into marketing fundamentals (SEO, content, email), workshop on social media strategy, analyzing successful campaigns, creating a digital marketing plan, and measuring performance.
  • Day 4: Innovation & Creativity: Cultivating an innovative mindset, design thinking workshop, applying creative problem-solving techniques, exploring tools and techniques for continuous innovation, and a panel discussion on overcoming innovation barriers.
  • Day 5: Building & Scaling Ventures: Key considerations for a resilient digital business model, session on funding strategies (VC, crowdfunding, bootstrapping), workshop on scaling challenges, discussion on intellectual property and legalities, group project: developing a startup scale-up plan.
